1. Definitions

In these Terms of Service, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed below:

  • "Platform" means the VB Smart School software application, website, and related services operated by Vision Blueprints LTD.
  • "School" means any educational institution that registers for and uses the Platform.
  • "User" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, including administrators, teachers, staff, students, and parents.
  • "Account" means the unique account created for a User to access the Platform.
  • "Content" means all data, information, text, files, and materials uploaded, submitted, or displayed through the Platform.
  • "Service" means the school management features and tools provided through the Platform, including administration, academics, communication, and finance modules.
  • "We"/"Us"/"Our" refers to Vision Blueprints LTD, the operator of the Platform.
  • "You"/"Your" refers to the User or School accessing or using the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VB Smart School ("the Platform"), operated by Vision Blueprints LTD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

3. Description of Service

VB Smart School is a school management system that provides tools for administration, academics, communication, finance, and related educational operations. Vision Blueprints LTD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
  • Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Interfere with the operation of the Platform or its infrastructure
  • Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications

6. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain all ownership rights to the data you input into the Platform. Vision Blueprints LTD will not share your data with third parties except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and content (excluding user-provided data), is the exclusive property of Vision Blueprints LTD. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vision Blueprints LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for access to the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases. We will retain your data for a reasonable period per our Data Retention Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
